Volunteers visit seniors at home to share meals, conversation and practical support.
Volunteers are paired with elderly neighbours and visit on a regular schedule, bringing groceries, helping with small household tasks and simply keeping them company.
Over time, these visits have built real friendships and helped the team notice early when a senior needs medical or social support.
